Primary Use: To monitor my 85 yr old Aunt with dementia.
Pros: Night vision is superb and with the pan-and-tilt we can see the whole room.
Cons: Color could be a little brighter but it's there. Also would be great if it came in another frequency. I have a wireless network that doesn't interfere with the monitor, but if I use my Playstation3 which is in the same room as the monitor it does cause interference.

Shopping Experience: I was concerned at first because there is no phone contact at the website. But it was the exact item I was looking for so I took a chance. I received a prompt confirmation email and received the monitor before the Post Office even updated the shipping info on line.
Comments: NextStepBabyMonitors.com customer service is great. After a week the ac adapter on the monitor went bad. I emailed them got a response within a couple of hours and had a new ac adapter in 2 days. Great service !!
